To reflect the character of FullEight I created a wordmark logo that looks friendly, optimistic and approachable. It’s easy to use and scalable, to make sure it looks great on both the website and packaging.
Next to the primary logo we developed a sub mark. The sub mark is inspired by the tranquility of seeing a sunset or sunrise reflected in the water. The sub mark looks happy and friendly, and is a welcome addition to the product packaging.
The color palette is based on the moment you see right before and after your eight hours of sleep: sunsets and sunrises. To stand out from competitors we decided to go for a deep purple instead of a dark blue as primary brand color, and build a versatile secondary palette inspired by the sky. We used subtle color gradients to mimic the sky, and make the colors feel alive.
Since FullEight gels, creams and butters are applied before going to sleep we ensured the packaging looks great on your nightstand. To ensure proper usage we listed all guidelines on the back of the jar. All three products are designed in a different brand color, to make them distinguishable from another, yet still look familiar. When ordered online, the products will be delivered in a beautiful, deep purple box.
